Why is lacrosse different than other sports at Glencoe?
We proudly wear the Glencoe G and represent Glencoe High School; however, as a club sport we do not receive any funding from the school or district. Our club is controlled by a Board of Directors that includes the Head Coach, parents, and community members. We follow Oregon High School Lacrosse Association (OHSLA) guidelines and Hillsboro School District policies. Our club uses player dues and fundraising to: pay our coaches, rent buses, pay our athletic trainers, pay our OHSLA dues (includes cost of paying refs for games), buy uniforms and equipment, cost of insurance, and much more. For more information on our budget, email the treasurer at GHSLaxPayments@gmail.com.
